How can I contact my technician?

At trufyx, we provides services of phone and tablet repair wherever you are, whenever it suits your schedule. Scheduling phone repair with trufyx means you can contact your technician from the moment one is confirmed for your fyx, until the repair is completed. Communication is available within the app for technicians, and on your account for customers. You’ll be notified via email when you receive new messages.

  2. Under “My account” you’ll see your upcoming repairs in a list.
  3. Click on “View details” to reach the details view of your fyx.
  1. In the technician details section, you’ll be able to click “Message” which will open the chat on the bottom right of the page:
