• The Buffer. customers are eligible to submit a warranty claim after a 30-day period following the activation of their product.
• How many. Within the framework of the protection plan, customers are entitled to a maximum of three repair claims per year.
• Deductible. In order to initiate the repair process for your device under the protection plan, it is necessary to pay the applicable deductible as per your policy.
• Who. Upon enrolling in the protection plan, exclusive coverage is extended to your specific device only. This coverage ensures comprehensive protection against any potential damages or issues that may arise, specifically for your device, and not for any other device, even if owned by another family member.
• Subscription. By agreeing to the terms, you authorize the automatic continuation of your subscription unless you specifically request otherwise.
